I have to give you an excellent note, because everything was fine. The customer service is very friendly. -
I ordered 8.5 wide, but when the shoes came they were 39 but not wide. I would have prefer 40 but when I ordered, the options were 8.5 or 9.5. Therefore, I ordered wide. I did not know I could order 40 as that did not appear online. Shoes are lovely but tight. Will only wear on brief occasions. -
Excellent service. Extremely well made and comfortable. Love my new claret and blue platform shoes. Cannot wait to show my friends. -
These shoes are amazing! So very comfortable (I got two pairs) and completely personalised. I have several more pairs I have designed that I would like to purchase but it’s going to have to be Christmas presents for the next little while.
When I say they are comfortable I really do mean it I am a disabled person with very sensitive feet. This website provides you with a great opportunity to be creative and comfortable at the same time. I had a lot of fun! Really recommend just need to fill the piggybank first. Lorna Marsh -
