DELIVERY

All shoes will be manufactured and shipped to the customer via a local delivery company within 5-10 business days period and all shipping costs are FREE for all of US, EU, UK and Switzerland.

Customers can check the status of their order by login to his account. Customers will receive a notification email once his ordered shoes have been manufactured and dispatched.

For customers placing orders from the USA, Canada, Australia, Great Britain, Switzerland and countries from the EU we cover all duties and fees associated with your purchase. For all other countries, any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees will be the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure you're aware of your country’s import regulations prior to placing your order.

During sale periods and promotional campaigns, production and delivery may be extended up to 5 working days above the usual period.
