      Great website. Fantastic price. Beautiful shoes! Look exactly like the picture. Unfortunately, there is NO customer service. You will die trying to get Girotti to respond to you. No one answers the "Hotline," or your emails. You will pay to return the shoes for a free re-make. My shoes were too big, even though I measured using their method. I tried to call before ordering to discuss the choosing the right size, to no avail. In the end, I decided to keep my shoes and spare myself the aggravation of trying to hold Girotti to their claims. My cobbler is padding the inside to fit them. Hey Girotti! Charge a little more for the shoes and hire some customer service people! I'd love to be a regular customer if I could figure out your sizing!
