The quality of the shoes are great! The only issue I’ve had is with the instructions I submit with my orders after communicating with a girotti representative. I ordered knee high boots with custom calf sizing and they made and sent the stock standard. I also ordered another pair of shoes and I asked for them to confirm that the extra detail was in fact in the order as it didn’t show up on the preview image. I didn’t hear anything from them and they just showed up without the detail I ordered. Luckily the ones they sent are nice quality and I like them but still not what I ordered and requested in the order. The last pair were nice quality but I ordered them in a wide fit based on the guidance chart and they arrived and are lovely but they gape at the top of the shoe (loafer style so very noticeable)... It may be a language barrier but still not happy because all of my orders haven’t been 100% correct. I want to love them but they just miss the mark each time I try. -
Love my 2 pairs of shoes the order took 2 months and only after making contact was given a tracking number this was mixed up but finally after almost 3 months my beautiful shoes arrived to Adelaide Australia billing currency in check out should allow Australian Dollars but does not and better postage to Australia would help happy to pay for good postage will re order for more shoes. -
These snake print booties match perfectly with my skirts, jeans, and even some dresses. I'm totally pleased with my order. -
