The quality of the shoes are great! The only issue I’ve had is with the instructions I submit with my orders after communicating with a girotti representative. I ordered knee high boots with custom calf sizing and they made and sent the stock standard. I also ordered another pair of shoes and I asked for them to confirm that the extra detail was in fact in the order as it didn’t show up on the preview image. I didn’t hear anything from them and they just showed up without the detail I ordered. Luckily the ones they sent are nice quality and I like them but still not what I ordered and requested in the order. The last pair were nice quality but I ordered them in a wide fit based on the guidance chart and they arrived and are lovely but they gape at the top of the shoe (loafer style so very noticeable)... It may be a language barrier but still not happy because all of my orders haven’t been 100% correct. I want to love them but they just miss the mark each time I try. -
I order these custom women-style oxford brogues in patent leather and they look amazing, the quality is excellent, they fit fairly tight on the sides, I am hoping they break in overtime. I wonder if there is a wide option I could have selected. -

Love these shoes. The fit is great. I have awful bunions and still these are so comfortable. I’m about to buy my second pair. -
My shoes are pretty width is good but it feet me to big. I'm choosing a different style and a smaller size.

I ordered 8.5 wide, but when the shoes came they were 39 but not wide. I would have prefer 40 but when I ordered, the options were 8.5 or 9.5. Therefore, I ordered wide. I did not know I could order 40 as that did not appear online. Shoes are lovely but tight. Will only wear on brief occasions. -
